COOPERNIC is a cooperative according to Belgian law and with its headquarters in Brussels; within this cooperative, there are four independent retail companies: Coop Italia (Italy), Ahold Delhaize (BENELUX, Romania, Serbia and Greece), E.Leclerc (France, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Slovenia) and REWE Group joining forces in a strategic buying alliance.

The partners are present in 21 countries all over Europe, where they operate 19.000 stores with a total sale of 145 billion Euro.
